Bubbles smiles warmly as she enters the bar from the lake, snow caked on her blue sneakers. Hugging herself some for warmth, her grin doesn't waver as she sits down in a booth, drinking on a mug of hot cocoa with marshmallows that had appeared for her.

Boomer walks over and sits down across from her, a small smile on his face. He's still feeling a bit awkward after what happened last time, but he knows that sooner or later, he'd have to talk to her. Now seems as good a time as any.

"Hey Bubbles. Whatcha up to?"

Boomer, who had been sipping his drink, chokes suddenly. He coughs for a moment, his eyes wide, before staring at her.

"And why is that?"

A small smile only flashes for the briefest of moments. Bubbles shrugs her shoulders. "Don't know. Can't describe it."

Boomer nods, looking down as he sips his drink to hide his slight blush.

"Right, right. Guess it's kinda hard to describe that sorta thing. Just surprised, is all."

[blond_bubbles]

"The change from being one foot tall to five and a half feet tall is pretty different." she looks up at him with a quirked eyebrow, "What were you talking about?"

Boomer stares at her before waving his arms in front of him defensively.

"Nothing! Nothing! I just meant that it must be hard to describe how it feel to suddenly go from being a little kid to a teen."

[blond_bubbles]

A smile widens. "You're lying. You're blushing, Boomer." Bubbles looks at him curiously, "What are you surprised about?" she presses the topic further.

Boomers blush only grows as he looks down at his drink.

"Nothing. Nothing at all."

[blond_bubbles]

"Yeah right..." she mumbles, "That's why you're blushing so much?" Bubbles does smirk this time.

Boomer glares at her, still blushing.

"Shut up. I can't help it. It's not my fault."

[blond_bubbles]

"And who's fault is it?" her smirk widens. She's enjoying teasing him.

Boomer glares at her.

"Yours. And why are you pressing the subject?"

[blond_bubbles]

"I'm curious." she smiles, "And I still want to know." Bubbles drinks some of her cooling chocolate, drinking in a melted marshmallow happily.

Boomer glares at her.

"For your information, all I was saying was that it must be hard to describe how it feels to have your entire body grow several years in the course of a few moments. But it's nice to know you have so much faith in me."

[blond_bubbles]

"You said you were surprised..." Bubbles mumbles to herself, before rolling her eyes. "And you have to remember that I only knew you when I was a little girl. You were a Rowdyruff that got into trouble." She shrugs her shoulders, "I didn't know you that much."

Boomers glare softens and he smiles slightly.

"Who ever said I still don't get into trouble? Once a Rowdyruff, always a Rowdyruff."
