"Long time no see," he says, standing to reach her cheek and kisses it. "Sit, join."

"It has," she agrees and returns the kiss. "Entirely too long. How is everyone?"

There are flailing little bebbe arms reaching for Claire, and 'Deo lifts Joshua up to his shoulder.

"Energetic. Noisy."

A grin.

"And the babies are just fine. How are you?"

Cute little scenes are all very well, but for a certain engaged vampire, she really only has eyes for one person.

"Buona sera, mio fratello," Bianca says, though everyone else gets a smile. For the record, she's dressed for summer - skirt just above her knee, sandals, and a sleveless orangey-red top. No pearls in her long, thick braid either.

He pulls her to him for a kiss, and Joshua transfers over of his own accord.

"Buona sera, sorella. Come siete?"

Kissing 'Deo back, Bianca grins.

"Nell'amore. ..so così sono ridicolamente felice e bene. E lei?"

And 'Deo just grins.

"What do you mean, some day?"

He kisses his son's cheek, and then Bianca's again.

"Have you set a date yet?"

Deo, David, and Sheila are presented with cookies. Alex is presented with a kiss and a bag of cookies, and then another kiss.

Sheila smiles, "ooh, thanks. You're a saint!" Cookies? What cookies.

David and 'Deo roll their eyes at him, as the bebbes try to cling to him. Nick? Popular with the vampire-warrior bebbe family. Of course.

Alex, however, takes his cookies, his kiss, and returns the kiss with one of his own, and a smile.

Nick grins before lifting up Joshua.

"Well, aren't we getting big, now?"

Joshua trills in response before Nick returns him to Deo and sits for a moment.

"How is everyone? Miss, I don't think we've met..."

She wipes the crumbs off her hand and reaches out to shake Nick's hand.

"Sheila Eostre. You give me cookies. I'm pleased to meet you."

David shakes his head, smiling, and Alex leans against Nick's side.

"What?" she asks. "You give a pregnant woman cookies, you get love. LOVE."

Eventually, because he was told to, Arithon wanders over to the Amadeo portion of the table and offers a slight bow.

He's not entirely certain where to go from there, so offers,

"Bianca says that I should speak with you."

He looks up, and stands, quickly, returning the bow.

"She's been telling me for long enough, but I've never had the pleasure."

He smiles.

"Arithon, I assume."

"Yes, Arithon s'Ffalenn, Master of Shadows. Etcetera."

He's a little bitty man, dark and dressed in clothing considered old fashioned almost anywhen people are from.

'Deo's dressed, almost as always, in sky blue, his red curls tied in a tail at the nape of his neck, but he's in denim and cotton with the most modern air.

"Amadeo Mayhew. Pleased to meet you at least, Sir."

He gestures to the seat opposite him.
