After his conversation with Sara earlier, Naraht managed to get his fringe on a dossier for the Infamous Mr. Sidle. When the man entered the bar, the Horta froze, watching with a level of silence and motionlessness that only a living rock can acheive.
Naraht is fairly confident that Sidle won't pay any attention to him. People not familiar with silicon-based life tend to mistake him for a piece of sculpture when he's not moving. And he's not going to make any moves...not yet. But he's ready to move if Sara comes down and this bastard decides to cause trouble.
Will glances around, once more looking for Sara. His gaze rests on Naraht--was that rock there before?--before he mentally shrugs and continues his perusal.
The Horta continues to watch. It takes an act of will to keep his acid glands quiescent in the midst of his revulsion. Since Horta's all mature together, an adult harming a child is unknown.
But the penalty for even threatening to harm the Mother is death by lavaflow.
