Looking up from his milkshake, Robin eyed the stranger suspiciously. I mean, it's Deadpool. Any sane person would be suspicious.

"No, I'm not the Christmas Kid. I'm Robin." It was better than some nicknames he had gotten, though.

He considers this. "Robin? ROBIN? What the hell kind of superhero name is THAT?" He pauses.

"Oh shit. You're a sidekick, aren't you?"

Robin could easily name several other superhero names that were much worse than Robin. Robin was actually a fairly good name, as far as he was concerned.

"Is that a problem?" Because being the sidekick to the world's greatest detective was a big deal.

And up comes Krypto, who jumps up on the seat oppisite Robin and starts to sniff at his milkshake.

"Dude," Kon sighs as he follows. "Leave his food alone."

Blinking, Robin watched as the dog bounced up on the seat opposite of him and started to sniff in an interested manner at his milkshake. Why was Krypto here? But if he was, that would mean...

Yep, there he was.

"Do you feed him regularly, Kon? That might help," Robin joked as he watched Krypto and his milkshake.

"Dude, he eats way too much. If he keeps it up, I bet it's gonna have to come out of my allowance." And Kon doesn't get very much allowance at all, so that? Would just suck.

He pushes at the dog. "Move." Krypto growls, but complies; Kon sits in the now empty space.

"So how are things going out there?" Is the obvious first question.

He motioned Krypto over to his side of the booth, and when the dog was situated next to him, he proceeded to idly pet his head. It was a comforting action, even if he had never been too fond of animals.

"It's...not pretty," Robin confessed, remembering the unconscious people and the "confessions" they had all made about their father figures.

"How about you? Chasing Krypto around?"
