Nita walks by with a soda, then blinks and backtracks. "Okay, this is stating the obvious, I know, but -- You have elephants."

"Yes. I do." Mouse sighs. "I met Anthy," he says, as if it explains everything.

Which... it kind of does.

[nita_callahan]

"Sorry, Anthy? Haven't met him." She holds out a hand. "I'm Nita Callahan. Dai'stiho."

"Anthy's a girl. Thing. She made the origami come to life." He shakes her hand. "Dai... what?"

Tiki flies by.

Then she notices the elephants.

Slightly afraid, she reminds herself that The Nice Lady said that she can't be killed here. Still, she didn't say anything about being mortally injured. Like having a wing pulled off, for instance.

Flying closer, but still keeping her distance, she says, "Ummm...should I stay away from them..."

"They're made of paper." He shrugs. "On the other hand: Anthy."

*Tiki is still not convinced*

"But I am very small..."

"...Who is Anthy?"

"Anthy's the person who made them come alive. Purple hair, schoolgirl outfit. You're not supposed to eat anything she gives you." Or, apparently, let her near your origami.

"Mouse."

Warren ignores all pachyderms.

"Hey."

Kawai Aphrodisiac Fruitnugget doesn't like being ignored.

Kawai Something Whatever can bite Warren. But please don't actually bite him, he doesn't like pain.

"How do you feel about weddings?"

Kawai Aphrodisiac Fruitnugget wanders closer to Warren.

"I... don't know. Why?"

Passing by to some unknown destination, Asmodean's eye is caught by the small elephants. That was what Meg had been talking about. He did not think they would be so small...

Asmodean walked slowly towards Mouse with a slight amount of worry on his face. He clutched a glass of red wine, and held it closer to his body than most people. He stopped and stared at the elephants, tilting his head to the side, studying them carefully. After some time, he spoke. His voice was cool, dry, and not especially curious sounding.

"Are those elephants?"

"Yeah. Made of paper." He shrugs. "It was Anthy."

Asmodean nodded.

"That does not surprise me."

He paused, and fretted his brow.

"What does surprise me is their size. I was told that elephants were large animals. There was apparently some exaggeration."

"They're normally much bigger," Mouse explains. "These are just small versions. I made them."
