Val is sitting at a table, with an Aurebesh primer and about half a notebook's worth of notes scattered around the table. She looks up and smiles at Leia, with an inviting smile on her face.

She chuckles. "You could say that, I guess. Peter, my brother challenged me to become conversationally literate in a language in about a week, and I am certainly attempting to meet that challenge." Her eyes twinkle. "How have you been?"
