OK, it could be someone in a Batgirl costume. It's a popular costume at home among some girls, after all. And who knows if this Batgirl is the one that Robin never talks about, or some version from another timeline (the way Steph is a Robin in another world).
But he has to wonder. And to keep an eye on her.
