Summer's coming around and the days are lasting longer, which leaves Bill outside later

"Whurf," says Dogmeat, or something like that; anyway, he picks his head up and looks towards the Bar suddenly.

Bill messes up a throw and his stone hits the water with a plonk.

Looking at Dogmeat, Bill turns his head towards the Bar.

"What is it, boy?"

[aaaaaaaagh_sky]

Dogmeat hops to his feet, tail wagging, and whurfs again. Perhaps this time Bill will notice the oncoming figure- then again Ellen's wearing her dark green uniform and isn't exactly an imposing sight without a lot of armor,, so.

Bill looks again, shading his eyes from the setting sun and standing up on the rock.

"Is it Ellen?"

Bill brightens when sees that it is her, then looks at Dogmeat and nods his head in Ellen's direction.

"Well go on an' say hi t'her."

After Happy Hour, William notices that he still hasn't seen Bill so he starts looking around.

Bar saved the food he couldn't finish for him and Bill later, the rats are going to take it upstairs.

It takes some looking before he spots Bill and Dogmeat, "Bill, what are you doin' out here?"

Bill turns his head towards William, then looks back out at the lake.

"Nothin'."

He throws a stone out at the water and silently counts the skips.

"Oh, there space on that rock for me?"

He doesn't like seeing Bill sad like this.

Bill scoots over, moving closer to Dogmeat and giving the dog's head a scratch.

"You been workin'?"
