Lawton has a laser pistol, which he tucks under one arm while he fires up yet another cigarette.

"Alright, I'll take a beer if you're buying. Anything from a tap."

"Of course," says Ellen, and pops the catches to remove her helmet before heading for the Bar. She's been dealing with her world's beer for a while now, and it's uniformly horrible, but the stuff they have here is definitely worth celebrating with.

"I'll have the same," Jen calls to Ellen as she looks for a place to put the Tesla coil cradled in her arms. After thinking for a moment with a quizzical expression on her face, she decides to carefully stand it next to a table.

She watches it intently for a few moments to make sure it's not wobbling and the base is flat enough to hold it upright, then takes a seat at the table.

"Nice shooting back there," she says to Floyd. "Very nice. You saved me a lot of time."

Jen is looking dusty, sporting smudges on her face, arms, and legs, not to mention a little of Mama Deathclaw's blood. She's also looking happy, because the mission appears to be successful.

Ellen returns with a tray and three beers, and sets it down on the nearest available table. "There we go," she says, and pulls up a chair that she figures ought to stand up to her armor. "That should do for now."
