He has learned a new song, and is singing it by the lake-shore, while bringing forth notes from his harp that no harp was ever made for

The Fool is intrigued by the funny noise.

Okay, it's music.

But it's funny to him. He's not really much for music, but he's still curious.

So he scoots near by and sits to watch intently.

"But it's still happened," he points out. "You've still felt it. Every human who has ever lived has felt it."

"When I was a child, maybe," Teja says.

[forgottenmotley]

"But you still felt it. So I'm in you a little bit." People like Urquhart and Teja amuse him a lot. There's just something about these people who refuse to acknowledge being made fool's of or go such lengths to make it so people don't make fools of themselves that's just... a bit foolish.

Wait.

Teja...

Teja...

Why does that name sound familiar?

"You are an archetype," Teja says. "You are in everyone. Or you would not be."

Logical, is it not?

"Hurm... yes." He looks distracted now.

Where did he hear that name before...

"Are you in doubt of that?" Teja asks, almost amused.

[forgottenmotley]

"What? No. I'm just trying to figure out where I heard your name before."

[ostro_goth]

"I run the forge," Teja says. "I am a member of Security. I keep three cats that, I am sure, would swear that they keep me. I am dead, and have dwelt here for years."

He looks at the Fool. Does one of these ring a bell, so to speak?

And that does ring a bell.

"Forge! Right! Sameth told me about you."

Congratulations on activating the Fool's smithy curse Teja! You've won a Fool compulsively stealing your stuff and often times being insanely obvious about it!

"Indeed, he works there, also," Teja says. "He is quite gifted, and learning very well."

[forgottenmotley]

He nods. Bells ringing, the ones that you can't really hear but think you should hear bells. As opposed to ones of recognition.

"He's very nice."

[ostro_goth]

"Indeed, he is a clever and friendly young man," Teja agrees.

[forgottenmotley]

"And he cursed you."

He smiles brightly at this.

[ostro_goth]

"He did not!" Teja says. "What makes you think such a strange thought?"

[forgottenmotley]

"For he told me you were a smith! And I have been cursed to steal from all smiths that I encounter."
