Last time around, Cy wanted nothing to do with Cubefall. Being turned into a full robot is one of his worst fears, after all, and being turned back into a full human (male or female) would have been hard to handle. He was and is happy to be who and what he is now

"Belar?"

This would usually be a safe assumption, but right now he can't be sure.

[a1enzo]

"Okay. That's sort of like Matrix's, I guess. I mean, it's mainly a targeting overlay. It can scan through stuff, too, but only his real eye can really see."

[says_the_booyah]

"You know how weird that sounds, given that you're already bits and bytes to me to start with. But yeah.

"How's it feel to be organic?"

He's deep into the woods now.

"Always kinda creepy not to have a format, but you get used to it. I just have to sort of... keep reminding myself what I really am in the back of my head. It got automatic after a while."

[says_the_booyah]

"I better do the same." He thinks it could be rough in two days when it's time be himself again. But it was his choice.

"Here we are. Nothing but trees. You gonna go climbing?"

[a1enzo]

"Yeah!"

He leaps straight from Cy's head to a tree trunk and latches onto the bark with his claws.

Bears don't climb trees. They do, however, root around for food. He wasn't hungry. Now he is. Must be a very different metabolism inside him.

"How high will you go?"

[a1enzo]

Even if there's honey?

"Bet I'm light enough to make it to the top!"

[says_the_booyah]

"You'll have to let me know if you get there." Good things bears have good hearing.

Honey...nope, no honey around here. But the bees might have left some time ago. Who knows?

[a1enzo]

"Will do!"

And up he goes!

Cy stretches himself out and up the tree, digging claws into wood. No way he can do anything more. He tries to watch.

The marmoset vanishes into the foliage pretty soon. It's fifteen minutes or so before he reappears.

Cy spends the time eating berries and roots. And has no real sense of time.

He looks up and doesn't quite see Enzo. But there is a faint scent.

Comes a squeaking: "Dude, I did it! I reached the top branches!"

[says_the_booyah]

"Took you long enough!" He wonders if Enzo can hear him, and wondering if his bellow upwards sounds like a roar.

[a1enzo]

"C'mon, man, it's like a mile for me right now! Two miles. Each way."
