Abigail is out back in the range, bow pulled up and ready. She's been practicing not that she really needs to. Her ipod is on and those ear buds are in her ears so she's not going to hear anything around her. Though she does catch movement out of the corner of her eye. That movement has her turning, arrow still pointed and those hazel eyes narrowed ( Read more... )

Eh he was used to having arrows amongst other things pointed at him. Abby with her bow didn't scare him as much as it probably should have. But this was King we were talking about here- fear was hardly part of his middle name anymore. Throwing his hands up in the air, wearing that God awful baby blue jacket he'd picked up somewhere, Hannibal gave the woman a rueful look.

"Seems Bar knows my style. What do you think? Does it make me look fat?"

Anything for a grin from the woman before he had to leave back to his world. Bar had, thankfully, made copies of all the files he'd brought in for Arcade for the man to look over. Somerfield wasn't going to be able to beat his ass this time unless Zoe found his candy stash. Things were going surprisingly good.

The moment she saw who it was, she lowers her bow and can't help but smile. Faintly hearing his question she pulls out one of the ear buds and looks him up and down a bit. Hey... he does at least get a laugh out of her.

"You look great, King. Turn and show it off."

She'd play along for a moment, especially when she knew that King wasn't like the one from her own world. That didn't mean she couldn't care though which she found that she did.

Oh and he did turn doing his little mock catwalk move with it. Hannibal had no shame when it came to having an ego the size of the multi-verse. A wide grin across his face he actually felt a little relief at the bow being lowered. Honestly he wasn't to sure he could explain that to someone in the bar if he returned with an arrow lodged in his body.

"Haven't seen you about in a while. Got worried you might have, you know, gone back 'home'." Not that he knew what home was like for Abs. For him they had just freed Blade and were gearing up to go Familiar hunting. All the questions that King might have had he used surprising control to keep them shut inside his mind.

There was a part of her that wanted to wrap her arms around him and not let go. Something felt off and she didn't like the feeling. Placing the arrow back in its quiver and the bow was broken back down to be put in its holster.

"No, I didn't go back home. There's really nothing there but..." Except for him, Zoe and the werewolves. She shakes her head, that smile not leaving her lips. "That jacket looks good on you, King. It's you."
