The door cracks open. Kim peers around, and lets out a relieved sigh when the room beyond proves to be Milliways. Slipping inside, she tucks a piece of wire into her pocket and heads for the fireplace to warm up. It's damn cold in London, but at least it's not raining

"Where are you keepin' all that?" Kim asks before he can put too much of it away.

She wrinkles her nose. "A portable bit a what?"

"--You're a frogmaker."

That would explain it.

Her posture is suddenly a good deal warier.

Suspicious: "What'd you turn 'im into?"

[cant_kim]

Her eyes widen. "A mouse?"

That's probably not as bad as a frog, but it's still rather unnerving.

"So c'n mice," she says. Her tone suggests she wouldn't blame a transformed mouse for biting.

Kim snorts, not very sympathetically.
