He's turning as he speaks, and then just blinks in surprise at the first glimpse of the familiar features, even as his smile grows and lights up his face.
"Oh, I'm always on duty, especially here." The man in front of Hoshi smirks, the expression not quite sitting right for the face he's expecting, the tilt of the hand holding his cigarette a little more fey than familiar.
"I'm sorry, I think you must be mistaking me for someone else." He juggles his cigarette and raises his right, clearly inviting a handshake. "I get that a lot. Desire."
