Skellig is not sitting nearly as straight-backed, but he is sitting nearby.
His coat (black, unlike Castiel's normal tan) hides his wings. The glass of water in his hands is half-empty half-full? and growing warm. The eggrolls have long since been abandoned.
Castiel would not say that she snuck up on him, but he still looks sharply to the side when she speaks.

There is a degree of caution in his voice, even though of all the patrons in the bar who are not currently engaged in trying to restore Dean Winchester to sanity, X is probably the most trustworthy.
