"Mina!" she exclaimed as she spotted the woman. Seras is a very happy vampire police girl.

"Hello, Seras," she murmured, eyeing her weapon a little warily. "How have you been?"

Some of the scaring on her arms may still be seen, very faint against her pale skin. That and she's not learned to feed yet so from the blood loss a few months ago, she's even more pale than before.
"Do you need help with that?" she asked indicating the trunk.

"Take a seat, and I'll be just a moment..." she returned to her room in London, stepping through long enough to pick up her coat and check that she hadn't left anything behind, before stepping back into the bar, picking up her suitcase, and letting the door close behind her.
It remained, for now, and she let out a quiet sigh of relief. Turning back to Sera, she eyed the scars, and her pale skin.
"Are you sure you're quite alright?" She asked softly.

He's in his second best suit and shirtsleeves with a coffee, pastry and a notebook.
She has the look of a woman, who might present some profitable opportunities.

She sits down close to the fire, eyeing her trunk and trying to decide if she feels like moving it upstairs herself. Fortifying herself with a glass of wine sounds like an excellent plan first, however.
Pulling a book from her bag, she looks up to try and attract the attention of a passing waitrat, and instead catches the gentleman's eye. She smiles politely, nodding in greeting before flagging down a waitrat and ordering a glass of red wine. Never let it be said that Mina isn't a traditionalist in some ways.
