Ellen nods. "Just make sure and observe proper lab safety standards, okay?" she says. "There was a scientist who was careless with trying to shrink giant ants over several generations and he left them breathign fire. Not fun."
"Sure," Ellen says. "I can do that. The doctor in Megaton uses the tails to work up venom antidotes anyway, so I'm already hacking parts off when I kill them."
"Oh, bring me a tail, then? I am researching an universal antitoxin!" And it needs testing against all poisons! "I want to find out also how they solve the oxygen diffusion problem in a large body."
"Oh, yes, if you can. But don't risk yourself for it." Evil Genius or not, Jordan is developing a... well, someday-to-be-sisterly-fondness towards Ellen.
