Ingress, as she always does when she sees Puck, smiles hugely and walks over to where he sits.
But as she does, she remembers the, well,
confusing conversation
she had with River and Duo.
Her smile falters a little.
"Hi, Puck. Are you busy?"

Puck beams upon seeing her, but his own smile lessens when hers does.
"Not at all, Ingress," he says.
"To what do I owe the pleasure?"

"Oh, nothing," she says, and she sits down beside him on the couch. "I'm glad to see you."
She's still trying to figure out how to talk about what's bothering her. She'll get there.
She is glad to see him, though. There's nothing false about that statement.

Puck, of course, is a shapeshifter himself. Upon occasion, it takes one to know one.
So he jumps slightly, expression quickly smoothing into a smile.
"--Ah," he says.
"Hullo."
(It's barbecued crocodile! With teriyaki sauce.
