[OOM Different locale, same old song and dance

"Ellen." Sativa returns a greeting to the one Vault-related person she can stand to be near right now, with a cursory glance to her bits and pieces - nothing she recognizes, but that's no surprise.

"I had a day in Vault City. That's about the same thing, I guess," she explains with just a small upward twitch in the corner of her mouth.

"I don't think I know that name," Ellen says. "Was that some kind of old Vault-Tec facility from before the war?" There's a pause. "Can I get you a drink? You look like you could use it."

Sativa nods, "Thanks. I really could use a... well anything, right now."

She props her feet up on an used chair and explains, "No, but it was built on the land on top of a Vault. I don't know all the details, but all the..." She spits out the word without much relish, "...Citizens are descended from all the people who came out when the 'All-Clear' signal came."
