Sheppard is in the Bar, sitting at a table and having himself a drink. There's been no more backlash from his doppelganger causing nightmares around the place and for that he's ever grateful. He'd rather keep himself in tact

"Hey," said a scruffy academic with an armful of papers and books.

Sheppard hears the voice and turns a bit giving a grin. "Well, I'll be damned." Because, you know, its Daniel.

"Can I sit here?"

There is a sound of urgency in his voice and a waitrat behind him with coffee.

"Have a seat, take a load off."

He's not noticed the waitrat yet. Even though he's seen them around and his Major had told him quite a few things about the place.

There is someone from a different Atlantis, not far from Sheppard.

"Word puzzles are not for children in your world?" Kida is fast on her way to being quite certain there's no one else from her world, even the surface, here.

He looks up giving the unknown woman a genuine smile.

"No, they're for anyone that wants to do them. Children tend to do more circle word puzzles than anything else."

She gives a small smile in return, and looks curiously at the puzzle. "What is the point of those?"

"It gives you a hint and lets you know whether it is up or down and then you try to figure out the word that goes with the hint."
