It's actually pretty hard to offend Bumblebee unless he's in alt mode or you're talking slag about one of his friends. He makes a much better diplomat than some of the others.

The stare is nothing all that unusual either; he doesn't even notice until he happens to glance Chuck's way. At that point ingrained manners take over and he offers a small, tired wave of one hand.
