"It's in England, in my world," Amy says, promptly. "Where King Arthur and Queen Guinivere are buried, and Joseph of Arimathea is said to have taken the Grail.

"I've never been, though I've heard the stories and the ballads. My parents' Court Poet wrote an absurdly long saga about the Grail. He rhymed it with everything from pale to quail to hay bale."
