It had been a while.

And in the meantime, she'd managed to cross two things off her list of things to do before she died--okay, a little belatedly, but better late than never, right? It's an exceedingly unhelpful sign.

It's also being tapped at its top by a pale finger, belonging to a similarly pale boy in (pseudo-)Victorian garb.

"Clients for what?" he asks, looking skeptical (and a little wary that some of that glitter might float off of her and attack him).

There's a woman looking at the sign curiously. She's also got a too-short-dress on, and a little too much sequin in the form of some ruby slippers.

"What sort of clients?"

She smiles back, "They're the originals, if you were wondering."

Proud of her shoes, yes she is.

"Beautician, huh? What other work do you do?"

"Anything that's needed, that people are willing to pay for--I do take charity cases, but a girl's got to pay the bills. Psychic advisory work, music lessons, that little interpersonal touch that people may be missing."
