There's an older redhead seated at a nearby table, ignoring a satchel practically bursting to the seams with files, and calmly studying a cup of tea. Occasionally she glances up towards the window, frowns, and looks away.

It doesn't take too long to spot the young man. "Are you alright?"

He nods, toying with his glass. He was actually wondering why she's been frowning out of the window.

"I'm fine, thanks."

He sounds polite but non-comittal.

"Does the view offend you?"

"Destruction in general tends to offend me. Which is what that seems to be."

She belatedly takes a sip of her drink, preferring to look at the stranger more closely, now that they've exchanged a few words.
