The man talks like someone who has played before. The teams are open to anyone, but Castiel thinks it might be good to have some people on them who have experience.

Arnold reads them.
Arnold's face transforms.
When he approaches Castiel, his whole face is covered by a gigantic grin. "I didn't know you played baseball, Mr. Castiel!" Beat. "Can I sign up?"

"Hello, Arnold. No, I have not played before. But I wished to learn. Meg said I needed people to play with."
"And yes," he adds, sliding a pen and the sign-up sheet into easy reach. "You may sign up. We need people to play."
