Out back, somewhere vaguely close to the path around the bar, there is a ramshackle stand. The top sign has been hastily painted over in a big, friendly letters:

The bottom sign reads "
doctor

bankers are..." The little sign is flipped "IN". But, there isn't anyone there!

And strange.

"Hi!"

There's a Blue Unicorn! Right over your shoulder, X!

She does not stab the Blue Unicorn, but it is close.

Probably.

And after a long, awkward silence --

"Hello."

[shuuuun]

Blue isn't bothered in the least. "Are those your jewelry?"

Pink has appeared at the "counter". With glasses on. "Would you like to open an account with us?"

The Musketeer stopped in his tracks, and tilted his head at the curious stand and sign. Partially since he couldn't read the English, and there wasn't enough roots to Latin in the words to decipher it well.

"Qu'est ce?" He murmured to himself as he slowly approached.

[shuuuun]

From somewhere vaguely behind the counter comes, "J'aime manger du ananas!"

Slooooowly raising eyebrows at that, and a few more steps toward the stand. A cautious hand on the pommel of his sword however.

"And what is the meaning of this?" He saw no fruit on the counter.

[shuuuun]

One (rather pink) horn appears above the counter. With a very dead fish speared on its tip.

Sing song, "Les poissons
Les poissons
How I love les poissons!"

Ben's heading back to the bar from the stables, and --

Well.

This wasn't here earlier.

He approaches the unmanned "bank" with measured steps.

It's entirely possible he's casing it.

[shuuuun]

"Hi!" says the Blue Unicorn suddenly at the counter.

"Would you like to open an account?" Pink asks around a mouthful of forms.

Ben goes stone-still.

"Howdy."

A beat, and he tips his hat toward the talking horned horses.

"I, uh -- "

He glances around the grounds, then back to the unicorns.

"Y'all just open this establishment?"

Sometime in the hour I've been checking on my horse? he doesn't add.

[shuuuun]

"We are an established community bank with a long history, local roots, local clients, and local tellers!" Blue explains.

Pink is staring in awe at Ben Wade's hat. It might be in love.

POOF! A turkey sized chicken appears!

"Hey! Wait! Where did you get that zappy thing? How does it work?!"

Hey... that man is gone. Where did he go?

Unicorns! Unicorns can stomp on chickens! Magic works on unicorns, but not that well! Ground unicorn horn is used for... I don't remember what... but you can trick other people into buying ground unicorn horn for lots and lots of money!

National Bank! That means there is a government! And bankers are... Hmmm

Unicorns.
Yeah, might as well talk to them.
"Hi! National Bank? Which nation am I in?"

Pink appears from behind the skinny shack pole.

It blinks.

It blinks again.

"Rotisserie?"

"Rotisserie! Good! Where is the capital? I wish to speak to a government official. Maybe a tourist board?"

Pink stares.

Stares some more.

It finally points one hoof toward the lake. "There are whales!"
