It's happy hour time again and your bartender for the evening is Angelina. She's not exactly a pro at this but she figures how hard can it be to pour a few drink? Plus, she has magic on her side right? Which leads to her choice of specials for the evening...

A small red-haired girl skips up to the bar and peers up at the Specials board.

"Can I try a Witch's Brew, please?"

"Sure thing, sweetheart," she says, smiling at the little girl. Angelina waves her wand and a glass tapdances across the bar in front of her and comes to a stop. A second wave and the glass slowly fills with the requested drink.

"Do you want a straw with that?" she asks as she tops it off with a paper umbrella and a cherry on a cocktail stick.

"Yes, please." Lily grins as she watches the show.

She smiles and waves her wand one last time. With a 'pop' a straw appears in the glass.

"Enjoy," she says moving the glass closer to the little girl. She's not sure why, but she can't shake the feeling that she looks oddly familiar.

[coreenfennel]

Coreen wanders up to the Bar, wearing a light blue tank top and cargo shorts. She'd look vaguely like Tomb Raider if it weren't for the 'almost-done-cooking' baby belly.

She smiles at the woman behind the counter.

"I'll try a Witches Brew, please."

"Coming right up," she says with a smile. Angelina waves her wand and a glass appears in front Coreen. She taps the edge of the glass and a stream of liquid pours from the tip.

"When are you due?" Angie asks, as she finishes pouring the drink.

"That's a pretty nice bit of magic you got there. Makes 'tending a lot easier, I bet."

She takes the drink. "I'm due July 13th."

She holds out a hand. "Coreen Fennel."

"Easier," she admits with a nod, "and more fun.

Angie Johnson," she says shaking the offered hand. "Nice to meet you. What's your where and when, Coreen?"

[gorgonfondness]

"What goes into the Eerie Witch's Brew?" Mia asks as she looks at the specials.

Angelina gets a bright smile, even if we're not sure the feeling's mutual. It's been years since Mia's last seen her and Mia remembers damn near everything with rose tinted glasses.

"Mostly it's ginger ale, but there's cranberry and apple juice and some other things thrown in as well," she says politely. She's not going to cause any trouble. At least not while she's working.

[gorgonfondness]

"That actually sounds perfect to go with dinner. I'll have that."

She waves over a waitrat to fill the rest of her order, which apparently involves grog snakes and garlic.

"So, how have you been? It's been years since I've seen you."

[capt_angie]

"Years? Not for me. A few months maybe..." she says as she fulfills the order (floating glass, self filling, does a little pirouette in the air before landing in front of Mia).

"I've been fine, thanks. And you?"

"Magic show, eh?" asks Weyland as he approaches the bar. "Which of those would you say is the strongest?"

Hey a cute boy! It's been a while since she spoke to one of those.

"Strongest? I can't be certain but probably the Frisky Witch," she says, with a cheeky (read: flirtatious) grin. "It's practically pure alcohol, just vodka and Sambuca."

[mechanicalswans]

Cute, but dangerous. But then who in Milliways isn't, in their way?

"That sounds perfect," he says after a moment. "Some days you need something strong, you know? I'll have one."

[capt_angie]

"Coming right up," she grins, and floats two bottles off of the shelves behind her with a wave of her wand. A little flick, and they pour themselves in equal measures into a glass. The black plastic stirrer mixes them together of it's own accord and she floats the glass over to him.

"I'm don't think I've seen you around here before. I'm Angie," she says, holding a hand out to him.

Ginny grins at her. "Hey there"

"Hi, Ginny," she says smiling.

"Can I get you a drink?"

"Hey Angie, Sure a frisky witch sounds good"

[capt_angie]

"Sure thing, Gin," she says, waving her wand in front of her. The drink appears in front of Ginny with a very small firework display.

"How have you been?"
