Guppy has been in the infirmary all night keeping an eye on his patient.

He's taking a short break from that to come into the main bar and write a note.

A paper airplane glides to a landing on his shoulder. It obviously has writing on the inside, if he were to unfold it.

Guppy blinks and looks at it, then opens it.

He's not sure what to do with it, then finds the instructions.

Below 'I've been bound for over two years. I don't think I ever want my door to show up again.' he writes: 'I once bought a month's gym membership because I was self conscious about my lack of muscles, and then didn't manage to have time to go on a single day.'

He closes his eyes and tosses it in a random direction.

"Guppy. Gu-ppy." Beat. "How're you today?"

Atton has his ōdachi sheathed and resting on one shoulder, and a very light sheen of sweat that probably means he's been training.

Guppy looks up. He looks like someone who hasn't been to bed for thirty hours, which pretty much describes how he's been.

"Hey Atton. Kind of crappy. I don't like my patients boomeranging. How are you?"

"Boomeranging? That sounds cool," Atton says, sitting down and drawing his sword to start cleaning it.

"Not really. More like coming back in shortly after discharge. Always makes me feel I should have done better the first time."

Beat.

"Nice sword."

It isn't too long after that when Elda trundles up, wearing her security badge on a lanyard around her neck.

She isn't particularly discreet looking, but she was available. And she is perfectly capable of acting friendly and sociable while dealing with serious matters.

"Hello," she says, with what is the closest approximation to a smile one can make with a beak. "I'm Elda. Are you Dr. Sandu?"

"Yes, hello Elda, it's good to meet you." Guppy says, managing not to look surprised at being approached by a griffin (which is testament to how long he has been in Milliways, really).

"Is there somewhere quiet we can talk?"

"Certainly," she says. "The Security office is usually pretty quiet this time of day. If you'd follow me?"

She leads the way!

"Thanks."

Guppy follows.

"I have a patient here at the moment," he says when they get there, "who has had a cocaine overdose. Whilst I can't disclose details of the patient unless he gives permission when he regains consciousness, the people associated with this patient have told me where he's getting it from, and it's in here. Apparently the dealer is Ramon Salazar. His reputation preceeds him, which is why I needed discretion."

He runs a hand through his hair. "I wasn't sure if there was anything you could do about it, but I'm concerned that other patrons could be at risk."
