"I have a patient here at the moment," he says when they get there, "who has had a cocaine overdose. Whilst I can't disclose details of the patient unless he gives permission when he regains consciousness, the people associated with this patient have told me where he's getting it from, and it's in here. Apparently the dealer is Ramon Salazar. His reputation preceeds him, which is why I needed discretion."
He runs a hand through his hair. "I wasn't sure if there was anything you could do about it, but I'm concerned that other patrons could be at risk."
