Cubefall, day 2

There is a dragon outside!

It's a small dragon, which is to say, it's about the height of a tall human... at the shoulder. It is just flying in from the mountains, gliding (mostly) majestically over the trees.

Come admire his reptilian grace! Ask for a ride, if you're not too heavy!

Or bring him some food. That would be very welcome, too.

Arnold doesn't have food, but he does have a soccer ball, which he kicking around for, well, kicks.

He hasn't noticed the dragon yet...but he will soon, perhaps!

"Okay then..."

Arnold saunters off to the bar in a suspicious matter.

He reappears with an extremely wide-eyed look on his face. "What happened in there?"

"Cubefall! It's a Cybertronian holiday." Beat. "The Cybertronian holiday, they only have one. It's about... making changes. New things."

"The furniture is made of Legos*!"

*The mun makes no guarantee that Legos as such exist in Arnold's world.

The bar's translation field includes differing brand names?

"Uh-huh! And you can totally take it apart and make new stuff!"

Or accidentally demolish it while trying to get outside.

Arnold's eyes are practically shining. "Duuuuuuude. We could make an oversized Lego fort..."

"Welllll... you can..."

[heyfootballhead]

"I can't believe you ended up in a form with no hands for the event with the greatest building opportunity ever," Arnold says with a sigh. "What a bummer!"

[a1enzo]

"Yeah, but it's okay," although he does sound disappointed. "I waited 'til I did some building first, just in case." Not a fort, though. "Anyway, they do it every year. Last Cubefall was my first time human."

[heyfootballhead]

"Next year, then," Arnold says solemnly, "make sure you get something with thumbs."

[a1enzo]

"Right. Maybe the robot, there's always a robot."

[heyfootballhead]

"Just make sure you don't get the kind with pincers instead of hands. That might make things difficult!"

[a1enzo]

"Right. Unless they were little pincers."

[heyfootballhead]

"Yeah...You still wouldn't have a whole lot of precision, though."

[a1enzo]

"That's true. Oh, well. I'll be sure to read the specs next year."

You know, as opposed to this year.

"Didn't you this time?" That seems a little risky.
