OOM: After returning from home, Doc patches up Ramon and acts professionally in the face of an annoying patient.

Millitimed to last week.

Ramon comes down to the bar with a fat envelope in his left hand - he's favouring that side at the moment because even though Doc's great at what he does, his right shoulder still aches like a bitch. The first thing he says to Bar though - even before getting a drink - is, 'Let me see it.'

Again with the air of massive disapproval. Still, the vial containing the virus appears and he gets the impression she'd really prefer it if he'd take it away. But he doesn't, just examines it once more to see if it's alright, then puts it down.

'Still safer with you.'

A long pause, then it disappears. Ramon lays the envelope down and says, 'For Doc Scurlock, when you next see him please.' It contains $20,000 - he paid ten thousand to get his hand fixed up, he figures doubling that for shoulder surgery is about fair.

And then he gets a drink. Well, a bottle. He's got some serious plans to make but is also kind of celebrating.

[OOC: Closing in on 3am people, must sleep. Will be around tomorrow for slowtime, thank you! :D]
