It's about the time that AC is in the bar that Dinah appears from the gym in the staff wing, dressed for a work out with a towel around her neck boxer-style.

She'll be getting herself a drink of water before looking for someone to talk to, and hey, he looks like he might have something to talk about, so she grins at him.

AC is always willing to appreciate a pretty woman, so he grins back.

"Morning."

"Morning," she returns cheerfully, taking a seat nearby and cupping her drink as she sips. "How's the water?"

[fish_whisperer]

"Refreshing. Both the lake and the inlet." Because he explored both of them. "Looks like I'm not the only one working out."

Cause, he's observant like that.

And there's another tall blonde in blue scrubs sitting at the bar with her knitting, a cup of coffee resting nearby.

Her needles steadily clack together - it looks like the breadth of fabric in her lap is quickly taking shape into something resembling a sweater.

AC has little use for sweaters other than they keep him from being arrested and/or ridiculed by his team mates. He's perfectly happy to sip from a glass of water and watch her, however.

"Out for a swim?" she surmises, her lips quirking into a small smile.

[fish_whisperer]

"Yep. Kind of a routine. What are you making?"

It might be sweater-shaped, but appearances can be deceiving.

She's come in and out of Milliways lately to check on Bart. Rather than seeing one boy superhero, however, she finds another.

Yeah, the cute one.

So, it's with a rather happy grin she walks up to him. "Haven't seen you here in a while, fish boy."

"Hey, sweetheart." Caffeine Girl will most likely get picked up in a bear hug. At least he's (mostly) dry this time?

[torch_reporter]

At least.

It's very much appreciated.

"Hey," she responds, hugging him back tightly. "Call me sentimental, but I think I might have actually msised this."

[fish_whisperer]

"Of course you did."

Oh, could the prince of Atlantis sound more arrogant?

Only if he really tries.

Oh look! There's a (usually) speedster in that booth over there!

...No, no, that one. You can tell because he's wearing a yellow sweatshirt. (Though, judging from the way it looks, he might've snuck in another sweatshirt under it.)

Anyway, he's busy drawing. AC should come over and say hi. And bring food.

The narration endeavors to be obedient for once! And AC is actually going to try this 'starting over' thing to see if it works.

So Bart gets a burger and fries set before him, with AC taking over the other part of the booth, also with burger and fries.

"Jay, right?"

The munagement wishes him much luck.

"Yeah."

CLEARLY THAT IS SOME REALLY IMPORTANT SHADING HE'S DOING RIGHT THERE.

Clearly. Which is why he might get a fry tossed in his direction.

"So Clark says you haven't met me yet."
