She has a Frappuccino in one hand and a burrito in another as she stands in the middle of the bar. She had been looking for a place to sit, but now she's watching the ball, slurping on her straw.

About the real question - the prevalence of crimefighters, she offers a shrug. "I think... some people things just happen to, y'know? I'd say Destiny, but I don't think I believe in that, but there's so much weird stuff that happens to my Uncles when they're not on the job. Sometimes it's more than just coincidence."
She lives in a world ruled by narrative causality. It leads to explaining things away.
