Yeah, Juliet hadn't noticed that before. Granted, she hasn't been outside much in her short time here, but her feet, knowing like the rest of her body that she's in desperate need of a distraction, have led her out here. Perhaps to stare at the boat, as she is right now.

There's a man on deck, who smiles when he sees his audience and waves. Hopefully she'll see the jetty or the dinghy at the shore.

She sees, and she waves. She even grins, just a little.

Will grins back, because it's nice when people aren't trying to sink him.

"Ahoy!"

When Teja sees the ship that ferries the dead, he turns on his heel, and runs -- in the opposite direction!

...

...

Only when he can't find Yrael in any of his usual spots, neither inside nor outside, does he return to the Caribbean inlet. He had promised his friend, so long ago that he would take him along the next time the ship with the great, mighty organ on shows up -- and once more, the not!cat is nowhere to be found.

So, when Teja returns to the inlet, it is with his surf board, still the one Xaldin had found for him; he takes off his shoes, pushes the board out into the shallow surf, sits on it, and paddles over to the Duthman.

"Greetings!" he calls out.

[[OOC: Absent not!cat as by agreement with Yrael-mun, who was just heading out into RL for the weekend...]]

[OOC: as it turns out, Will-mun was absent all weekend anyway]

"Greetings, Teja!" Will calls back cheerfully. "Am I to prepare for boarding?"

"If I might come aboard, and play your organ?" Teja says, looking up the high wooden side of the ship.

"Aye," Will says, and fetches a rope to help him aboard.

"My organ could do with someone playing it."

He doesn't get it.
