"Just a scotch on the rocks, thanks," Booth says. He's had his coffee and pie. Now it's time for an after-snack cocktail. "I can't do these fancy fruity things."

"Aye, one Scotch on the rocks, coming right up." he says with an easy smile.

"I understand - the fruity things are somewhat of an acquired taste."

"So's scotch, if you get right down to it," Booth says, taking a sip. "God, I love this place. You don't ever even have to ask for top shelf stuff - it's Laphroaig, right?"

"Aye. Unless you ask for something specific." George agrees with a grin.

He passes the drink across the bar-top.

"Enjoy."
