A girl with long violet hair looks up from her book at the sound of the sloshing 'skins. When she sees who holds them, the strange square-pupiled eyes focus on him a little closer.

Hmm.

Hektor scarcely sees the girl at first; it takes him a moment to find the color, which is not a common one at all in his day and age. At the sight of her, he bows politely, as any of Priam's sons would to a woman. "Good day," he offers in greeting.

The cat pads forward, forepaws on Hektor's foot, and bumps its head against his hand, purring loudly.

There aren't so many cats in the Citadel as there are dogs, but such a gesture is easy enough to recognize. Hektor obediently scratches the cat behind the ears. "I've been away from this place and the locals too long, haven't I..."
