Dean's working on the Impala again; there's not much Sam can do to help there, and there's only so long he can hang around the edges of the yard to keep an eye on his brother without it looking way too obvious.
(Bobby's inside working on something of his own, but still, he's around. That helps, just in case, even if Sam's not exactly willing to admit it.)
Maybe an hour or so at Milliways will help burn off the restless energy, he thinks -- and it's not long after that until Sam Winchester's sprawled in a booth with a beer.
He's got a cell phone with him, which he's turning over and over in his hands, frowning at it.
