Myri would totally love to be out of Milliways right now. There's that whole thing with her father about to maybe get assassinated that she'd like to clear up and help out on. It'd be pretty astral if she could, y'know, leave.But apparently you need a door to leave, and Myri's not had one of those for months. Sure, time supposedly stops and all,

"Whoa," says Andy, stopping on his way to the fireplace with a glass of water and a book. "I've never been able to do that."

"Huh?" Myri asks, losing concentration and stumbling in her trick. The cards fall to the table and she sighs, then looks up at Andy.

"Wait, I know you."

"Do you?"

Andy panics, mildly. Does he owe her money? He hasn't really used his trick here, yet, except to try it on Bar. What if it doesn't work? He starts looking around for escape routes.

There are several, but they're all so far away.
