Back in Ironhide's world there are a number of people who've noticed an increase in the weapons specialist's equanimity and overall good humor- such as it ever was, anyway. They are largely unaware of the reason for this, which is that he has somewhere he can come to get in some practice without spooking the humans or being called aside by Ratchet for a few questions about his current state. Far as Ironhide's concerned, this is a win-win thing- especially since the Bar can come up with pretty much anything whose chemistry he wants to sample. That Preta Dark stuff was kind of impressive as human beverages go, and he sure as the Pit couldn't get it back at base.
