She wasn't pounced, not really, but she was given a hug all the same, a firm one from a somewhat-older Clive.
He was, however, still wearing the jacket she'd made him, and his usual top hat, he'd just festooned it with a silver spiderweb brooch, the twinkly spider itself, swinging by silver thread from the brim of his hat
"I'm good, I'm great, things are going good GOD it's been so long since I've seen you!"
Yep, he'd had coffee, and candycorn, and a veritable truckload of taffy.
He held her at arm's reach a moment later, "Are you getting married? Or is this just Bar's costume for you this year? She didn't do one for me this year, I'm okay with that, the last time was... kind of weird."

"Clive! How are you?" She throws her arms around Clive to hug him back (albeit carefully- the dress, after all!).

"I'm glad you're great, and yes, it has been such a long time! I've missed you, I have so much to tell you!" She motions for Clive to sit.
"And yes, but not for a while, yes, I guess it is, I've never dressed up for Halloween before, and last time? What were you last time?"
