"World needs to be changed. He knows more--found it after us, didn't you?" He knocks back the last of the tequila and draws a circle on the bartop, ignoring the new drink. "Voted Graham, right?"
Blink. Wasn't expecting that, especially since at the moment a handful of pepper would probably kill the guy.
"Tried to tell a guy who knows Robin Hood education's one of the only ways to bring lasting changes to a constantly oppressed populace. No dice. He's banking on the 'next king will be better, bet my life on it' strategy. Not much you can do for a mind like that.
"Not that he's not going to be right, next king being, well, Robin Hood," he adds, extremely grudgingly, "but my money's on things going straight to shit again with the next one."
"Don't think McCombs'd look too good in tights," he says, indicating the point has been gotten. "Nor do I really think Wesker's tactic of eating the opposition will solve the abortion debates, if that's what you're suggesting."
Krauser's expression matches, although he's eternally grateful he had leggings. He felt slightly less of a tool.
"Nah. That's Saddler's style." He tilts his head a little. "You don't see an advantage here? Changes we've been making are too slow to do anyone lasting good. Sure, I could go in for the usual: find, guide, and arm the oppressed, do everything a little at a time. . . or could just directly arm the oppressed." He nearly grins. "Sounds like lasting social change to me."
He kind of stick out like a sore thumb, though. Let's watch what happens.

"Guess I did." He shakes his head, then clears his hair out of his face. "McCombs, actually. Not exactly a privatization fan."
