"That one looks like the one Will's got!" he exclaims before he can stop himself, little paw pointing to the dragon.

Inari beams a smile down at James before reaching out a hand to him should he wish to climb onto it. No use just seeing the zoo from eye level when you can see it from shoulder level!

And he accepts Inari's hand, scurrying forward and into it. "How'd you learn to do that?"
Reply
"I know your voice, little one. How fair you this evening, James? Aside from being an animal and all."
Reply
"Fair eve, Inari, I see ye craft 'gain. James loved the dragon when 'e saw it, made me wish 'e could 'ave seen it movin'."
(OOC: I have internet again but aim hate me.)

Looking up as she works on another creature, Inari smiles very faintly as she sees Will siting at the table. "Good evening, Will-san. James liked the dragon? Well then I will have to make him one." Winking she looked at the assortment around her. "I have pondered setting them free, but with the assortment of animals here I do not know if would wish to do so. Maybe."
There's a twinkle in her eyes. It has been far to long since the kitsune side of her has pulled a trick or two. Doubling the animal population in the bar would fall along those lines quite well...

"Could be quite lovely an I'm sure they'd enjoy their new companions."
Reply
"Perhaps..we shall see. Are you interested in adding another animal to your collection?"

considering the literal zoo that the bar's become, it's hardly a surprise when the paper creatures don't get noticed immediately. that's not to say they don't; a glimpse of something black and gold catches bird!Sariel's eye, and she flutters closer. That particular fish almost looks like...
"Excuse me? I... think I have one of those on my dresser." Beat. "When I'm human."

As she's busy landing on the back of an empty chair--not *that* chair! it's several seconds before she continues. "I'm sorry. I don't normally look like this." That is to say, like the figure Inari's working on; if she were human, she'd be turning pink. Somebody noticed the colors being chosen.
Then again, if she were human this would all be moot.

"I am called Inari by most. What is your name, little one?"

"You are so fond of paper, then?"
He pokes one, very carefully. It is a crab.
Reply
Careful, Raven! Keep poking at the crab and it may just try to poke back!

"You are so much for thinking? It is interesting, that, yes?"
This time he pokes an origami cow.
"I am not so good at folding, I do not think."
Reply
"When there is much to be thought about yes. And there is a lot from what you can see." With a free hand she motions to the rainbow sea of animals and creatures about them. "To much perhaps."
Tilting her head very foxishly to the right she studies the man infront of her with eyes that are just to blue. "I do not think we have met before. I am called Inari."

It is quite possible.
Inari, however, just smiles as she works on another fish to add to the sealife infront of her. "Hello there, my friend. As your curiosity perked enough to come and see what going on?" Her words are soft, kind, and very welcoming.

However, he's ten years old and like many kids his age, he's curious. So he approaches and extends a hand to the white tiger origami, politely speaking. "Yes ma'am. ...uhm...are you making them move?"
Reply
Pausing again she holds up a finished frog which promptly jumps from her hand and away to somewhere else. "Do you see one that you wish to have?"
