After a rather frustrating morning of practice and being ignored by Mai, Will's been in the Bar.
His ribs hurt less and he's been trying to do some reading, but at the moment is just sitting by the fire though with whiskey not scotch and wondering when Iorek will finish the arrow heads.
As usual, Angela is not here when he arrives. It's the rhythm of their relationship that she usually arrives after he does. Why? Whim of the bar.
Her world right now is nothing but stress, stress, stress, which is why when she arrives, straightening out her skirt and cuddling a lively calico cat at the same time, she's rather glad of the break. And the fact that Melou is here is even better. She puts Anwen on the floor and sneaks up behind his chair to put her hands over his eyes.
He always recognizes her, almost immediately. "Boo."
She smiles then, and comes over to sit on the arm of the chair beside him. Anwen is big enough to put her front paws on his knee, sniffing. "How are you," she asks, leaning over to drop a kiss into his hair.
