"Oi!" Cries the disturbed and aggrieved pyro, as she wipes the foul (fowl?) mixture off her forehead. "What's the big idea, ferretface?"

Kau merely nods at her, sharply.

'The cure for the demon-woman who is infecting people. Your mind should be clear now.'

"M'callin' you ferret face." Ace clarifies sharply, sniffing at the odd red-brown goo. "Ugh, y'do know this is prime dippin' sauce in the werewolf world?"

She didn't ask for a little black dog running past with a leather strap in its mouth, for example.

But she's getting one anyway. As well as a young girl chasing after said dog. "Toto! Come back here!"

At some point during the chase, the girl's shoelace has come undone. She steps on it and trips, falling flat on her face right in front of where Ace is seated.

The little dog doubles back and nudges at the girl's side, whining anxiously. "'m all right, Toto," the girl says as she gets back up.

Then she sees Ace right in front of her.

"Oh, hello. I'm sorry if I d'sturbed you."

"Oh, um." Dear sweet burning stars it's HER, HELP! "No disturbin', honest. Nice dog."

Ace sucks at lying.
