She notices, on both counts. "I've been in and out since my memory came back, really. I--" and here, a real smile tugs at the corners of her mouth, "got home for a little while. Really home." That mug's in her hand now, and minus a sip of the tea that's in it. "I haven't seen you since--do you need anything?" Because he's thinner, and that worn look is never good. Ever.
"Hello." That's the slightest bit absent, as Sariel's still got one eye on the star charts in front of her at first. then the fact that yes, someone is actually talking to her clicks in, and she glances up. "... Oh. Er, hi." The whole talking to kids thing isn't getting much easier, families on the Enterprise or not.
And one is, though not make a quick excuse and scurry off wary. She's not quite *that* bad.
"I'm called Sariel." Smiling friendly child, meet thoughtful though not unfriendly twenty-something. "Nice to meet you, Ingress." Beat. "I've never heard that name before."
There is a girl watching Sariel. A cute girl, with a... well, family resemblance to someone Sariel knows. She does give a small wave, but seems uncertain about approaching.
there is a Sariel who doesn't quite realize she's being watched. Yet. someone's got her nose stuck in a book, so to speak. she doesn't see the wave right off.
She'd probably react if that girl with the family resemblance to a certain Ben spoke up, though.

Harding's face is something like radiant!

Harding is skinnier than when she last saw him, and rather more worn-looking, but his smile is wider.
"I was worried."

She's a smiling, friendly child. One of the best to get used to, if one is wary.

Ben walks over, stopping closer. "Huh... hi, Sariel?"
