If Kaylee looks a little more relaxed than usual it's not due to anything getting better -- more that she spent a long, productive day concentrating on things that make sense.

Her face is looking freshly (and undelicately) scrubbed when she sinks into an armchair with a sigh.

Nearby on one of the couches from before was a still dozing Nathan.

Had some strange conversations recently, but unaware of warnings and threats against him.

He started to slowly stir a little on the couch with a groan.

Kaylee looks over.

And sits up straight.

And without delay, she gets up

(Stay away from Nathan)

and makes to go elsewhere.

Nathan blinked with mild puzzlement of the sleepy.

"Huh... Kaylee?" He asked questioningly, his voice a bit thick from just waking up. "That you?"

"Yeah, but -- got to go." She sounds cheerful to the point of panic. "Good seein' you, got to run."
