Well isn't this a piece of unearned luck.

(The mun could make a joke about Ronan now 'scaping the serpent's tongue, but she refuses on the grounds that no one would get it. Uh.)

Once he has ascertained that she is really asleep, Puck siiiiidles Nita's way and invisibly applies the last of this vial's love-in-idleness.

Don't worry. He's got more where that came from.

Anyway, Puck is taking no chances around Nita: When he vanishes up into the rafters, his position is both strategic and distant.

Which is part of what makes it so strategic.

"Nita?" Ronan asks quietly, sliding into the opposite side of the booth. "Niiiiitaa. Oh, hang it all-- MISS YANK."

She sits up, flailing, and rubs her eyes -- it feels like she got something in them, somehow -- and turns to glower at the new occupant of the booth.

"What do you want, R--"

The glower disappears.
