In a sane universe, Danny would be on the rooftop of a studio, locked out there with Jordan McDeere and yelling for help. ...This is not a sane world, and instead, he wandered into Milliways.

He's figured while he's here, he might as well find a way to phrase his apology and everything. And as he's spotted Suzanne across the room, he wanders over to her. And then tilts his head curiously at her nametag.

"Okay, there's got to be an explanation for that, but... I'm not seeing it."

Suzanne blinks.

"What do you mean?" she asks slowly, frowning a little like she's not sure whether or not she should be scared of him. Danny might note that her hair is in a braid (it never is) and that she's a lot more... hesitant... than normal.

For some reason, Danny's figured the braid is just something she does outside of work. How should he know? He's never seen her outside of work. The hesitance, he's got no explanation for, but hey, everyone's weird lately.

"The nametag," he says, gesturing toward it.

"Oh!" Suzanne smiles (a lot less sarcastically than usual) and tugs on it. "Well. There's this... thing going around with people having lost their memory, and so this girl was giving out nametags for the people who had. A-and I made a friend named Harry and he named me Berry, and then there was this bartender and he said I should order something and see whose tab went up, and Danny Tripp's did, so we figure he's my husband."

She frowns slightly. "I still don't know what my real first name is."

Yeah, that young blonde woman is his young blonde woman (the one that's not Harriet, anyway). And why she's wearing a nametag that isn't even remotely her name is puzzling Matt. And Matt is in no mood to be puzzled -- he's just enacted a coup, it's his moment of glory!

He approaches her, hands in pockets, wearing a suit and real shoes (as opposed to Chucks) for once. "Did props put you up to this, or is this supposed to be ironic somehow?"

Suzanne blinks at him for a moment, blankly. "I... beg your pardon?"

She, for the record, has her hair back in a braid (which she NEVER does), and is wearing rather rumpled khaki pants and a tshirt.

Somewhere, distantly, or perhaps in his own head, Matt hears the theme music from The Twilight Zone.

"I'm sorry?"

Since when does Suzanne beg for anything, much less a pardon, much less his pardon?

Cue the lost and somewhat confused look. "I'm... sorry, sir, I don't... do I know you?" She brightens a bit. "Oh, a-are you Danny Tripp?"
