Bill happens to pass by on his way home for a shift at the station. Oh hey, look, apples.

As there is a bowl of them and they seem inviting enough he assumes they are for the taking and snags one as he walks by.

He knows not of Midsummer's Day and though he outta be afraid of free food by now he isn't. So, there you go. Dumbass.

Today seems like a good day for an apple.

But she thinks it better to ask for one first.

"Ah, the man who was kind enough to shoulder some of my burden. Just in time for me to shoulder another. Will you be as generous with your apples today as you were when we met?"

"Of course, my dear," he says, smiling at her. "Help yourself."

Ah. This might take some careful rearranging, as she has a staff in one hand and a bouquet of roses in the other.

It's a good thing she didn't get today's bouquet yet, otherwise she'd be in real trouble.

"Could you please hold my staff for a moment so I can have a free hand?"

He takes it and twirls it a little in his fingers.

Gibbs should know better. He's heard the tales of how Barbossa's horde of nightmare pirates would steal apples left and right. Apples are bad luck. And it IS midsummer's day, a day that bodes poorly.

Bur free apples...well, how can oyu argue with something that's free.

So he takes one, but doesn't eat it just yet. Maybe he'll wait till it's not midsummer.

As it happens, there is a very smug Puck coming down the stairs. He grins brightly at Jack and sidles over.

"Hullo," he says.

Those with good noses will notice that he smells of wild pansy.

[OOC: HATE YOU.]

Jack arches an eyebrow at the scent, but smiles nonetheless. "Hullo. Good Solstice."

He totally does not nudge the bowl of apples closer to Puck. Totally not.

[OOC: I KNOW YOU DO.]

"And a Good Solstice to you," Puck beams, sliding into a chair.

He snatches an apple, mainly out of habit, but doesn't yet eat it-- Puck also has a habit of playing with his food.

"How do you fare?"

"Marvelous well, of course. It's Midsummer."

He looks a bit greener than usual, one might say.

"And you? And your twins that you somehow acquired and you need to tell me of?"

Thank the Gods of Handwave, apple juice. And it looks oh-so-delicious! Raspberry swoops by to grab some. Because she's never actually had apple juice before, and it's always good to try new things.

Let's not ask where that big old aluminum bowl came from, but thank goodness it did, because apples of amnesia have this unfortunate tendency to make people fall unconscious, and unconscious goo girls are kind of melty and blobular.

Some time later (and, thanks to the gods of handwave again, without having had a bite taken out of her by anybody), Raz wakes up. And immediately goes looking for somebody to boink. Some things never change.
