Bonnie obviously was not pleased when she walked into the bar. In fact, she looked like she'd just been pushed over the edge into pissed.

She needed coffee. And more than that, she needed to pick up her fiancee, and her laptop.

And she needed to cool down.

KARR had actually been in a good mood, and was still feeling quite cheerful as he headed over to Bonnie-at least until he was close enough to see her expression better. His scanner flashed, and he put on a bit more speed, thudding against a chair and dodging various bar patrons as he hurried over.

"Bonnie?"

She had coffee by then.

True, she'd just made coffee back at the apartment, but this was different now. She'd thought about what Michael had said and she'd had time - and reason - to get mad again. "I have news," she said simply, turning to look at him. "And it's not good."

KARR's scanner brightened, increasing its pace. "And what would that news be?" he asked, his voice trailing off into the beginnings of an angry rumble.

"That news would be that Kitt and Michael have been fired. And Devon had embedded code in Kitt that allowed for him to remove Michael as his driver."
