Katara's been scarce lately, but not on purpose. Jet takes up a lot of her time and so does Steph, to the point where most of her meals are taken in her room or his room or Steph's room or

"...it sounds like it," says Katara, who looks no less than totally weirded out at this explanation. "And people really do this? They let-- spirits inside of them?"
There's a joke to be made here about her brother and the moon spirit, but of course, Katara isn't thinking of that.
Smiling, Katara leans onto the bar, arms crossed to support herself. "Yeah, we do. But-- you're from Earth, right? A lot of people I've met here who are from Earth think your god is real. But you can't see him?"
Frowning thoughtfully, Katara taps her fingers against the bar top, looking down at her cocoa. "That's weird... he never shows himself to everybody? Of course everything he says is going to get messed up by other people if he doesn't say it himself."

We have a moon spirit, sun spirit, earth spirit... so we can see them, because they're all around us. So if he's the god of everything... I guess he does show himself to you."
A beat and she glances to YT, brows drawn together, frustrated. "Still... you'd think he'd try harder to make sure everyone believed in him, if so many people are sure he doesn't exist."
Grinning, amused at YT's reaction, Katara sips her cocoa again. "I guess it depends on what he'd consider stupid. But the spirits have a lot to worry about, so maybe the little things are silly."
